From Design to Production: High-Precision Injection Tooling
Since 1998, Standarmoldes has combined mouldmaking experience with in-house design, CNC machining and EDM capabilities. We manufacture injection moulds to customer drawings, specifications and production requirements.
Our production capacity supports mould bases up to 500 x 700 mm and tools weighing up to 1 tonne.
Engineering & Product Co-Development
We design and manufacture injection moulds for technical plastic components. Early discussion of product geometry, drawings and production requirements helps define a tooling solution suited to the project.
- Mould design: Tooling designed around customer specifications and the intended production application.
- Project review: Share your 2D or 3D drawings and key requirements so we can assess the scope and prepare a quotation.
- Integrated manufacturing: Design is supported by in-house CNC milling, EDM, wire EDM and grinding.
Advanced Toolmaking & Manufacturing
Our workshop combines CNC milling centres with EDM, wire EDM and surface grinding to manufacture and machine mould components in-house.
- CNC milling: Machining of mould components using the listed Maximart, Deckel Maho and Haas milling centres.
- EDM & wire EDM: In-house capability for mould features and profiles to project drawings.
- Tool capacity: Mould bases up to 500 x 700 mm; maximum tool weight of 1 tonne.
